About Me
Buck J. Titsworth is a Professional Engineer and executive whose career spans more than five decades in the global oil and gas industry. Born in rural Arkansas, he began life in poverty and learned early the value of work, discipline, and personal responsibility.
He earned a degree in Chemical Engineering and launched his career with Shell Oil Company in 1970 working in operations, construction, and process engineering. His career evolved through engineering consulting, project management, business development, and executive leadership roles over the next five-plus decades with numerous leading global firms.
His work carried him across more than eighty countries on six continents, supporting complex energy projects, international joint ventures, and large-scale infrastructure developments. Many of these assignments required hands-on involvement in challenging and remote environments.
Throughout his career, Buck combined technical expertise with strategic and commercial leadership. Known for a results-driven approach, he built a reputation for competence, integrity, and accountability. Now retired, he reflects on a life shaped by over five million miles of travel, more than thirty family relocations, and enduring professional and personal relationships.
